Always enjoy visiting the HMV shop in Poole, great staff and a large selection of albums and CDs. However would like to see more late 60's and 70's progressive music in store.

I regularly buy from HMVs website and have always had excellent service. Even if the item is not in stock they always keep me informed with the option of cancelling should I wish.
I also visit and purchase from the shops which I enjoy and I would like to think it is the best of both worlds.

Nice and friendly staff. Search for wanted dvd was thorough and successful. Ordered one dvd in shop and one online. Information about online ordered dvd arrived without problem. Unfortunately, though agreed upon, no information that DVD ordered in shop arrived in shop. Was in shop when I picked up online ordered dvd.

New Release not in my local store…
Visit to local store to find new release proved to be a waste of time. However the online service was good. Although there was over half an hour queue wait to get on line, the vinyls I wanted were in stock. Posted out and arrived in 3 working days.

Classic DVD
The DVD I had been wanting to buy was a bit difficult to find. HMV found it for me at a good price and then delivered it to my nearest store. All went very smoothly with great communication.
