Always enjoy visiting the HMV shop in Poole, great staff and a large selection of albums and CDs. However would like to see more late 60's and 70's progressive music in store.

Good service in your store
Good service in your store. Delivery by post without charge. Royal Mail missed first stated delivery but came the next stated delivery, but that's not a big deal. We would return to HMV if I needed another present for family.

Poole staff are always very helpful…
Poole staff are always very helpful ...This is a comment not a complaint..Ordered item directly to store...Usually items on shelf .Received e mail item dispatched but no notification it was ready to pick up. Not sure whether this was an error ..Did check junk mail as staff suggested but no update of delivery. Will wait for next item due in store in Nov. if an e mail is forthcoming ..I have nothing but excellent Staff service from the Poole staff at HMV...

Great Service in Poole
The store in Poole was very helpful and offered to order in 3D Country by Geese for me but I declined until I got home to check prices. Ordering was simple and chose to pick up in store.
Delivery was fast and checkout was easy, again at the Poole store. The member of staff was interested in my purchase so had a chat about it, which was nice and more like what you'd expect in an independent record store
