Poor customer service
Did not receive an email that the items were at the store to be collected. Telephone number for the store advertised on the website isn't working. I went to the store to see where my order was.
Attitude of the member of staff, Ciaran, was off hand. The items had been in store several weeks. Questioned about notification. I was told it could be in the junk mail! The telephone number had been out of order for a while! Not good customer service.

Click and collect was easy
Ordered click and collect during a 20% off online promotion. Ordering online was easy and item arrived in-store within 3 days. Needed photo ID to collect my order, which can be annoying if you leave home without it. Overall a very positive experience.
