Amazing quality and website is easy to use

The item arrived very quickly and was excellently packaged. Sadly the deliverer left it outside by a gate (thankfully out of sight - but not out of the way had it rained.... thankfully I got home before it did) Second sadly - they did not leave a card through my letter box to alert me it was there.

Always a pleasant and easy transaction to shop in HMV. Staff are always available to help, never queue long, lots of key word searches that allow many search responses.
It’s one of the only places I actually enjoy shopping!

Crap service on premium telephone line.
Delivery of products was fine. But I needed to call the branch to check something, no option but to use your"premium" ie costly number, on hold forever, no-one picked up phone, no facility to leave a message. Suggest you support your premium number with a premium service - or any service frankly.
