Really friendly young lady was very good.I had come to collect my Furiosa Steelbook Blu ray as it was already paid for.I gave my name and showed id.It was quickly found and given to me.They are really nice bunch of employees in the HMV Portsmouth, Commercial Road Highly recommended.

It wouldn’t let me put a one but my mum bought me and my brother a mystery box each for 15£ which was 29£ all together and once we opened them it had only four things in (plus the box said up to 30£ worth)a pen a mug a book and post cards.The mystery boxes are a scam

Cd order
I ordered two items at the same time and they were delivered separately, which was really a waste of time resources and money. Not to mention the unnecessary impact this had on the environment.

Great Service from HMV Portsmouth
Recently I ordered a few DVDs instore at HMV Portsmouth for Myself and a friend of mine. I went up to the till area and asked the friendly male member of staff can I order some DVDs. I gave him the titles I was after and the friendly staff was able to do this without any problems then a few days later I received the DVDs in the post. Over all a fantastic experience from the team at HMV Portsmouth.

I wished to purchase two DVDs
I wished to purchase two DVDs. I could not find either on the shelves. I enquired at the counter. The young lady managed to find one where I had failed. It was necessary to order the other. I did so. I received regular e-mail updates on the progress of the order and it was ready for collection a week later.
