Love HMV, it's great for a browse and this is the first time that I have ordered anything from them online as I usually buy in store as I like supporting physical stores. Would definitely buy again online though. Emails great, update on dispatch and arrival etc. Can't fault it.

Always come to this and see what's new and up coming collectables may be vinyl or CD good selection to choose from this time awaiting a pre exclusive steel book 4k greeted by a hmv supervisor search and took pre order payment in a pollite knowledgeable manner and would be happy to recommend his service to family and friends ✌️🙏

Purchase of vinyl record
I was pleased with how my order was dealt with
Having said that I ordered click and collect because stores need to be kept open
If I had known that I had to take a copy of email and photo picture of myself to collect the item I would have just had it delivered to my house instead
