Damaged cd replaced, no quibbles
I bought a cd in store but in opening it up the disc was split. As there were no other copies in stock I was offered to order a replacement. This arrived within a few days. Comes were good and staff in store were very helpful

Great staff
The guy who served me in HMV Sheffield was lovely. Very friendly and helpful. All the staff in the town store seem to be very nice

Jam turntable
The turntable I wanted was out of stock a member of staff ordered it for me and it arrived in two days. HMV High Street Sheffield have very helpful staff who are very knowledgeable about the products they are selling and also very welcoming and friendly.

I was looking for an obscure band in…
I was looking for an obscure band in the cd section, and I was able to place an order to be picked up at the store. The staff were friendly, efficient and made customers feel welcome and at ease. For a pensioner, I would prefer this service anytime.
