Great service
Ordered online for click & collect. All very smooth, no issues. Advised when was ready in store to collect. Staff in store all friendly, spoke to a couple of them at the till, very helpful and efficient.

The item we ordered and paid for in store and was told would be delivered within a few days didnt arrive for a month. After 4 weeks of emails saying it was out of stock i cancelled it and then the next day it was dispatched.

Great customer service
Thanks guys, it's nice to get some good customer service these days. Dale on the shop floor was great in helping us choose which record player to purchase for our son. Joanne on the till was also very nice.

Great service!
First of all, I live outside the UK and I was amazed and just a little thrilled that I could get what I wanted delivered! 10/10 to HMV for that!
Secondly, the order was despatched within 24/48 hours, it was trackable and I was kept up to date at all stages. When it arrived, it was well-packed (something I was a lttle concerned about given it was a vinyl record) and delivered in perfect condition, or it looks like it is; as it's a Christmas present and sealed in polythen, I won't know until after then. Fingers crossed!

The CD I wanted wasn't instore, but the staff member was very engaging and helpful. He ordered it for me. It arrived in 2 days and I collected from the store, which was also straightforward.

Cd/album signing
The event was reasonably well organised, the merchandise and wrist bands available for collection a few days a before. On the day things seemed to run fairly smoothly. It was difficult as the shop was still open to customers whilst the event was on so there was some confusion. The stewards/security could have been a bit more helpful and approachable as customers coming into shop were often unaware there was an event so strayed into aisles reserved for queues and then were “ moved on”. A clearer division of space would have been better.
