Reviewing postal order
Reviewing postal order: Ordered an item to receive on its release date and it arrived the day after, even though it advised it was in transit on the day.
Reviewing local store: Had an unexpected day off, went to the store in release day, and there was no effort to set up items. Even if I bought the item in store, there was no explanation for the differences between them. Some items weren’t out on the floor at all. I wasn’t provided with a free item with a purchase either, even though a customer before me was, and had to ask for it. HMV didn’t care about this release, only Pokémon apparently. Don’t think I’ll use HMV in future. :(

Excellent service
I ordered an item in the shop and received it very shortly afterwards. Excellent service from the staff as usual. They're always very helpful and friendly and nothing is too much trouble.
