The member of staff was very helpful…
The member of staff was very helpful when I made the order. I was told how long delivery would take as the album was not yet released and when it arrived in store, I was told straight away.

When I'm Cleaning Windows
Person who retrieved my click and collect order looked like I'd asked her to clean all the windows on the empire state building. Surly doesn't come close. I think I interrupted her busy day, pretending to do something for her pay.

Sadly , I bought a double album from you which jumped all over the place when we tried to play it. Returned it to the shop to exchange it for another copy , which is doing exactly the same thing . So now a bit stuck , don't know where to go from here 😕

Just awful customer service
Just awful customer service. My order took so long to arrive in store (click and collect) that I had to go into the store and purchase one in store as well. I was told I had to buy the one in store as well, then I would have to come back to store and pick up my click and collect order and send back myself to get a refund. Or...wait for it to be returned by the store after 2 weeks then await a refund, which is what I am currently waiting for.
I could've got it delivered to my home address quicker with free delivery but as it was a birthday present, wanted the gift to be a surprise. Seemed unnecessary expense and stress.

Yes great service and purchase. Friendly service form shop staff HMV Shrewsbury. Just one minor point I ordered online and had no idea this was available in store. It would be useful to have picked one up here rather than having the same item posted out. Perhaps online and store can be more interlinked.
