I walked in there to get vinyls for my collection, as I walked in the staff gave me a smile and asked me if I needed help, they was very respectful and they let me take my time with what I was getting, they came to check up on me and double checked if I needed help, they helped me find something that I couldn’t actually find, the shop was very clean and tidy, the line long the staff worked quick,if your looking for vinyls, movies or anything like that I would recommend you going there

What's not to like with that level of service.

I am disappointed as ,although the website was easy to navigate ,when I placed my order It did not tell me that the item I wanted was out of stock. Consequently ,my friend did not receive the birthday present for her birthday . I had to get a rushed present which was not really what she wanted.
If it was more obvious that items were out of order people would be able to make the decision to wait for the order of shop elsewhere.
