Easy purchase.

Excellent service
Sales person was extremely helpful. Ordered me something that was not in store to be delivered to my home address. Three days later it arrived. No fuss, no hassle... excellent service.

An easy way to check out Kpop artists
I've been buying kpop albums(cds) from Hmv for a while now. Until recently it has been easy to find in store as well as new releases. My last 2 visits have been frustrating as it has moved within the store to a dark area and both times the cds have been in total dissaray. Not alphabetical and haphazardly placed and just basically scattered on the shelves.
However, the staff have been brilliant, helping me search and then checking online for artists I couldn't find and ordering them for me. Ordering was simple and straightforward and my items were delivered in just a few days . I am delighted with them. Please, please would you consider putting more Korean artists (especially Big Bang and G-dragon, Super Junior, Got 7, etc) onto your online store?

the staff are friendly
the staff are friendly, polite and kind and helpful.
ordering the DVD was very easy and was not reliant on tech they were very happy to telephone me at home to tell me my order was ready for collection.
the atmosphere in the shop is always calm and welcoming to all ages.
