It was excellent service. Never worry about me not giving five stars. I never give the highest score, but also I never give the lowest score. This is because if I give the highest score, I feel the company would then 'rest on their laurels', and then their standards would fall.

Website doesn’t work to show the stocks in different citys
I ordered from click and collect as when I check on the store to see if they had the item I wanted it said it was in stock with a high amount in the hmv closest to me. However it had to be shipped to the store. It’s been 5 days since I payed for click and collect and it’s still not at the store I find this very unprofessional. I think you guys need to update your website as it is showing things to be in stock when it’s not.

Great HMV Service
I ordered my Vinyl Box Set on Sat 25th May in my local Southampton store with Lucy and the item was dispatched from the warehouse the same day. I received an email on Wed 28th May to say my item was ready for collection. I was very impressed with the quick service and the staff were very helpful with any questions i had when i made my order.
