Their communication was very poor not…
Their communication was very poor not keeping me updated when my vinyl was due to be in their store for me to pick up and the sales assistant has no clue what vinyl looks like she asked me if a dvd that someone else had ordered was mine.

The ladies and gents of HMV Southend have always been very helpful and they have impressive knowledge of their range of dvds, blu rays and music.
A female member of staff searched the stock room on two occasions to find missing blu rays and also Pokemon tamagotchis for my daughter.
The manager Sheah and the sales team are always friendly and my weekly visits to Southend HMV store is the main reason I visit Southend High Street.
