I received a scratched jumpy copy of In A Silent Way. I phoned the call centre who were excellent (Dean) who arranged to get a copy to Southend-on-Sea branch. Went to branch and it was there brilliantly handled

Helpful and friendly young staff
I never have any issues with Southend HMV. All the staff, especially the young ones are very helpful and lovely.

Wonderful customer service
Wonderful customer service! Asked if they had a record and looked all around for it for me but unfortunately it had been missed placed and instead of just saying they dont have it they admitted it was missed placed and told me that they will be restocking soon and that they will be able to find it then and told me when best to come in next to find it.

Ordered baroque music, which is niche.
Took several days to arrive, but was informed.
86 year old had to produce id in addition to receipt, which she and staff found amusing.
