Very helpful in store, will be buying more albums in the future as I have my 40+ year old Hi-Fi up and spinning again, forgot how good the sound vinyl is 👍

It took a bit of time but thank you to Shay the manager for exchanging my expensive noise cancelling headphones. You went a above and beyond and I think the mixed messages about what protocols were stressful for both of us but thank you so much for bearing with. I can now face the world. The headphones really do take the edge off and as a sound sensitive autistic person: I cannot thank you enough.

Great service
I was looking for spiderman glasses for a present and came across these on hmv. They were in the sale for a great price so I purchased 2. I done a click & collect to my local store, they emailed me and delivered to store quickly. On collection greeted by a friendly staff member. Very happy with my purchased.
