The staff was effective
The staff was effective. Helped me find my CD. Supported me in find a dvd for cols play. Southend store has a wide variety dvd, CD. They found dvd and I was able to send it via post.

Excellent service
Pre ordered a cd some time ago waiting for issue date.
Once released I was informed it was on its way, then when it was in my local store to collect.

Ordering simple, rude management in store for collection.
Ordering and paying was simple enough. The consignment of 2 items was dispatched separately and unbeknownst to me with the collection email, I needed to bring ID into the store to collect as evidently my proof of purchase emails weren’t acceptable, even with photographs of my ID and my disabled badge (the only photo ID in proximity) was obviously in my car. The manager of the store was patronising, belligerent and condescending to me, treating me as if I was either deaf or stupid (I’m only in my forties!), I’m disabled, not one of the former. To add insult to injury only part of the order was in store so I had to make a second trip.
Definitely won’t be ordering for store collection again with treatment like that, I’ll use Amazon instead.
Gave 2 stars due to ease of ordering, the rest is getting no credit.

The staff in Southend branch are very helpful and knowledgeable about latest releases.

Instore staff refusing to accept Love 2…
Instore staff refusing to accept Love 2 Shop card, only rectified when I complained to the Customer Care Team. Even upon return the staff were still unsure whether to accept the card or not for the purchase.
Have also found the store stock is very poor and doesn't usually have CD or Vinyl I am looking for, although advertised online.
