Customer service in the store was awful. I wanted to purchase some headphones in store but due to the employed I wasn’t able to use my uni days discount on an already discounted item in store. I ended up ordering online instead and got the additional discount.
The product Edifier W820NB noise cancelling headphones as a product 10/10 I use them in the gym all the time they do exactly as they say they do and the sound quality is top level 🤙🏾

Connery Bond 4K Steelbook limited edition
Aside from trying to take auto payment early the experience was great. As the product arrived early the system was trying to take payment but as it was nearly a week early, the funds were not there. In the end it was easer to cancel the order and place it again according to your telephone staff. This was the case otherwise there was a risk that the order would be cancelled by the system. The stress was it was a limited edition so they may have all been taken but thankfully not. I collected from the “localish” store and the staff were excellent. They let me check it too as I’ve heard there were a few instances of damage from the manufacture. It was all good in the end!

Don't buy your vinyl anywhere else!
I buy most of what I want in-store as I prefer to see what I'm actually buying and to support the stores. The staff at our local HMV are so helpful too. If the item I want is out of stock in store I'll use the HMV website which is easily navigable. I've currently got back into vinyl (it's just so much better than digital) so I've been rebuilding my vinyl collection and everything I've needed apart from two LP's I've bought in HMV. I wouldn't go anywhere else for my music!

The Last Bastion of Home Entertainment on the High Street
Great store, with fantastic, friendly staff. You always get a greeting when you enter the store, but the staff leave you alone to browse in peace, available to assist you if needed.
Good selection of DVDs, Blu-rays and 4K Discs, along with the usual Imports and Merchandise that HMV carry these days.
Staff will happily chat with you when making your purchase, they are passionate about Film / TV / Music.
