The young lady that served me in the store was excellent .. she went above and beyond , I discussed a film you did have she ordered it for me online and it arrived 3 days later to my home .. excellent service

Easy and fast service
I ordered a dvd , it was so easy to order and pay and it arrived in the post on time and was packaged very well. The website is easy to look through and find exactly what you want. I will definitely order from HMV again.
