Quick, Easy and Friendly Service Everytime..
Second time I’ve used the pre order service. Very easy went to Lakeside store, staff member very friendly and nice and quick was in the store less than a few minutes which was perfect for me as I was on my lunchbreak. Would definitely use again 👍🏽

Easy to purchase from and great staff at Thurrock HMV.
Louis was pleasant in handing over my click and collect order of LPs. He was efficient in getting my package and ensured it everything was in order and he was giving it to the correct person.
I had been in the store before placing my online order, the staff are knowledgable and helpful. They searched for LP availabilities, saving me time scouring for artists who don't have LPs.

The assistant was very helpful
The assistant was very helpful. I had looked through the albums of the artist I was looking for. Didn't see the title I was looking for. I went to the counter and spoke to the assistant about the album I was looking for. He said that he would check their system to see if they had it. They didn't have it in store but explained that they could order it on line. He explained that the postage would be free. I received emails all the way through the process. It took less than a week to arrive

Very disappointed that I didn’t get a…
Very disappointed that I didn’t get a confirmation email. Went into HMV Lakeside and they were brilliant Tilly confirmed my order had gone through and she said if it came in when she was in, she would call me and let me know! I didn’t get an email to let me know my order was instore but fortunately Tilly called me as she said she would and I collected it. Would definitely give staff in Lakeside, especially Tilly 5* but unfortunately let down by the online service.
