HMV FOREVER!
Wez was just great, so polite and talkative. Normally all the folks in HMV are so helpful and kind - its why I love shopping there and I don't think I could ever shop anywhere else for my 4Ks,CDs and Vinyl! I have been shopping here since I was a kid and I still remember getting the Star Wars triology on dvd when I was 6 years old from HMV - nearly 20 years on I still never forget the joy HMV has given me!

Buying Vinyl it’s been a while
It’s been a long time since I’ve purchased a proper record and they seem to cost a lot more now!!! However the service I got from HMV Tunbridge Wells store was excellent the LP was not in stock at the branch but was swiftly ordered and I picked it up three days later.

I was guaranteed by the staff member…
I was guaranteed by the staff member when ordering the item early Monday morning that it would be ready to pickup before the weekend, it was a birthday present for my son and it arrived monday the following week which was very disappointing.
I visited the store on the Sunday to check incase it has arrived as I had trouble on the Saturday accessing my email to find out, but it hadn't arrived, the staff member was very helpful and apologised, he took my number and agreed to call and let me know when it arrived and he was true to his which saved a lot of possible trips into town, especially during this heatwave.

It’s the 1st time
It’s the 1st time, I’ve used Click & Collect. I was a bit worried as I don’t have a driving licence or passport. So I had no photo i.d, but they were happy to accept my email address, that I used to place the order with.

Tip top service
The staff at the Tunbridge Wells store were extremely helpful. The chap upstairs looked online for me and did all the ordering. All instructions were very clear and he was very friendly, as was the girl downstairs.

The company feels it’s acceptable to sell a child alcohol related products in a surprise bag for children! Awful customer service with no support. Would never recommend them

I purchased several albums and one was…
I purchased several albums and one was not playable. Upon returning to HMV there was no questions as to why, just an agreement to exchange the LP. Within a week I had a new album. Excellent service.
