Very helpful assistant, chatty, enthusiastic, interested in why I wanted the DVD. Explained how I would be kept updated about my order. Would definitely use them again - so much nicer dealing with an actual person than just online.

I had no problem ordering the DVD I wanted in store and it was delivered to the store within the stipulated time, I was also e-mailed to let me know it was ready to collect. The staff were helpful and attentive and I would certainly order through the Tunbridge Wells store in the future.

HMV Tunbridge Wells
The staff in the Tunbridge Wells store are absolutely amazing.
They are a very friendly bunch regardless of if you are buying in store or just picking up an online order .
They are a credit to hmv and I think a lot of other stores could learn a lot from their high class customer service.
