Great service
The sales assistant was very helpful when I needed to order a CD that wasn't in stock. He was very efficient and ordered it to be delivered to my house. I was sent emails updating me on my order and it arrived sooner than expected.

I will always choose click & collect
I will always choose click & collect, rather than have orders delivered directly to me, as it helps sustain our local HMV store. In this case, the process worked perfectly. It's also good to know that I can order music from that particular record label, and use this service.

Ordering was easy
Ordering was easy, prices surprisingly reasonable and delivery was quick. I particularly liked the fact I could collect from the Warrington branch at a time that suited me. The staff there were friendly and efficient. I would happily order from HMV again.
