Would have given 5 stars except collection information on website is out of date and inaccurate. A map of where the store is in relation to transport (tube/bus) would help; with some mobility issues distance really helps.
In-store (which took ages to locate), the service and store was brilliant.

The poster came bent even though it…
The poster came bent even though it came in a cardboard package- someone must have folded it along the way, so the tube for packaging would definitely be better. Now there's a visible/white line across the middle of the poster..

Excellent service. Staff were so helpful. The film I wanted was very old and they made an effort to find it. It had to be ordered online and it was received within a few days.

Horrible experience today
Horrible experience today, first the employees were all standing at the till talking, we went to ask a question about where an item is, and they all stopped and showed us attitude whilst asking, later I asked an employee if there was a bin, she looked at me and told me to go outside the store and throw it away. That was fine I just continued to look around, but then she stopped talking to her colleague and followed me around the store until I went to pay? I go to hmv all the time for a peaceful shopping experience, but the employees in this branch made that impossible, I felt like I was being watched and profiled consistently
