HMV had product that I wasn't sure was…
HMV had product that I wasn't sure was still obtainable. It was delivered to pick up store within days. My name was recognised which meant didn't have to take loads of ID and paperwork with me. And! I was able to pay cash.

Efficiency and politeness.
I ordered a DVD for my son's birthday. The item was not in stock, so I ordered it. I received an email once it was in store and collected it from HMV. The staff were polite and efficient. The whole thing took a couple of days, so I was able to post the DVD to my son in good time for his special day.
