do not buy anything from HMV ie 3x55 offer i have been to HMV twice to sort it but got home 2nd time and opened sealed records and they have been scratched to hell (you read right sealed and scratched to hell) when i went back for a second time (the lady behind till said all records have light scratches i thought (WHAT ARE YOU Talking about ) when u buy a brand new sealed record it should be perfect ) iam still pissed of after spending 130 pound on vinyl on my birthday

A long search resolved
I was looking for a specific version of Jane Austen’s Persuasion but couldn’t remember the names of the main actors. James T. was most helpful, found what I was looking for, ordered it for me (Monday morning) and it was in the store by Friday. When I came in to collect it, he recognised me, greeted me by name and handed the DVD over. We watched and enjoyed it that evening! A most helpful gentleman!
