Assistants are always ready with a…
Assistants are always ready with a smile and a helpful attitude to assist with your query. They help locate items in store or look them up online. Personally I never experience an attitude to my age which can happen in stores that are not HMV. If I'm not feeling great when I go in I always leave with smile. All staff make it a positive experience.
