Winchester HMV
In store, the assistants (plural - there was a young lady and a gentleman who really helped) were amazing. They looked in store, looked in backup, looked online, made the order, arranged delivery (which was very prompt) and made the whole experience one of relaxed calm, and not the stressful encounter I feared it might be).

It was a brilliant from star to finish. The guy behind the counter was great he knew what I wanted from my description and because he didn’t have it in stock he ordered for me and for a small postage fee sent it to my home address saved me all the messing about. HMV Winchester
