Excellent product (The Beatles of course)-carefully presented by friendly and courteous staff. I have been buying Beatles Albums (& singles,EPs etc) from HMV Wolverhampton for 54 years, since 1971 in fact--a life's experience indeed.

I've only received half of my order,
Still awaiting and email regarding the LP part of the order, I wise I never bothered with HMV!
I was expecting when handing my money over on pre sale that I'd receive my goods on time without problems, never again!

Collection was nice and easy. Staff were friendly and helpful. My issue isn't with the store, it's with the company. If you preorder a CD, I generally expect it to be available for collection on the release date, not 3 days later. Otherwise what's the point. It's available on release date from other companies.
