Great staff and great service
I’ve always found the service in this branch to be both friendly and helpful which is why although it might be easier to shop online I will prefer to shop instore. You staff are always helpful and happy to offer the odd recommendation. Top store will continue to use.

I do like to support high street shops and HMV is one of them.
I was able to obtain a long-lost BBC series, at a decent price and very quickly via click & collect at my local store. Very friendly reception at the store. Nicely done!

I stopped in recently to purchase a Bob…
I stopped in recently to purchase a Bob Dylan CD. Whilst at the till I had a chat with the till assistant and it was pleasant, but what I can't understand is that a carrier bag of some sort isn't offered. Unless of course you want to buy a tote bag for £5, surely a paper bag with a handle can be offered at a nominal fee. It really would make the experience a better one.

Hmv saved the day for me
Hmv saved the day for me ! Last minute CD present for my wife for christmas ordered online and ready to pick up from the store within 48 hours. Nowhere else online could do it quicker !
