I accidentally ordered a cd instead of a vinyl. Cant call to confirm order as costs to call!! Couldn't get a refund but have to reject order for it to be sent back otherwise would have to sort myself. I don't think I will be ordering anything else from hmv again as I can get better service and terms elsewhere.

pre-order not ready on launch day
Pre-ordered the BTS album. It wasn't ready on launch day but was on the shop. I could have just picked one up from the shelf. Waste of time.

Ordered a DVD keeps skipping
Ordered a DVD, keeps skipping in DVD player, not worth the cost of sending it back. I live in lreland, DVD came from the UK. Would not order again sadly, was so disappointed as we were all looking forward to watching this movie.
