Didn’t fancy risking delivery to door from experience of damage for other goods by post recently. So used hmv click and collect as was an LP gift. York store were very friendly and service great.

Lola Young pre oder and pick up in store
A friendly and professional service. Great communication. Shame the record company delayed the manufacture of the vynl, but that wasn't HMV's problem. The album was worth the wait. I've used HMV for years and hopefully many more to come.

York HMV
York is my local store and the staff are lovely and very helpful. I usually give five stars but on this occasion I have given four, still a good score, but I was asked to enter my email address on a screen, leaning over the desk, with customers waiting behind me. I am not as nimble as some at typing, and doing so in a difficult position was embarrassing and irritating
