We went in to order the new call of…
We went in to order the new call of duty 7, and another cd, the shop assistant was very pleasant and efficient. We got the other cd 2 days after ordering it, and the cod came a day earlier than specified, so tbh u cannot get better than that.

bought new releases record for daughters birthday got it home and found it had double sticlers on it and wouldn't play the last track on it so had to take it back for a replacement

Extremely poor packaging
Extremely poor packaging of the promotional poster shoved in a large box, not even rolled, with nothing to protect it so it could be easily damaged by a loose LP during delivery, and no replacement available for the damaged poster after HMV were contacted.

The Staff are super lovely
The Staff are always super lovely and helpful, also they have a lot of the more obscure records i'm looking for which is always nice. Plus the deals on vinyl sleeves are a winner.
