Excellent company to purchase from. I placed an order of bisque-ware from Hobby Ceramicraft on the morning of Wednesday 19th Dec. My order was confirmed instantly by email. Then, by 11:56 am I had a notification that the parcel will be delivered Thursday the 20th and will receive notification of the time slot. at 8.02 this morning I receive notification that my parcel will be delivered between 10:34 and 11:34. It arrived at It arrived at 10:34. The packaging was expertly done, all arrived safe and sound. WOW, just WOW!!. What an amazing turnaround. I look forward to using them again. From Reading to Merseyside from order to delivery, was 24 hour hours and 40 minutes. Amazing. Thank you. Thoroughly recommend
