I am absolutely in Love with this machine. I am new to the sewing world and it has been very easy for to learn how to use the Necchi. The finish I am getting is very professional. Overall fabulous !

very satisfied with replacement ,very quick service to correct the problem i had yesterday.

I ordered a beautiful Necchi machine (with assorted free accessories) at a very competitive price and paid extra for a Saturday delivery. There was a mixup with the courier causing delay and mis delivery. When I contacted HobbySew they responded immediately and also gave me a small refund as s gesture of goodwill. I would not hesitate to recommend this company to anyone looking for a new sewing machine.

I can't fault this company. Intially had a problem with delivery but the company as soon as they were aware resolved the issue very quickly. My machine is wonderful and runs perfectly. I would definately use Hobbysew again

I bought a machine as a Christmas present. The interactive helpline advised me about the best one for her needs and my budget. She was v. pleased and enjoyed the scissors and threads sent as a gift from HobbySew.

My initial phone call to Lisa to order machine was fantastic but wasn't as impressed with the several calls I had to make to chase and only seemed to arrive after speaking to Lisa again

I placed my order, which arrived promptly as said with free gifts of scissors and threads, there was a problem with part of the order, due to the telephone staff giving misleading information on free gift of extra feet on offer.
I phoned Jason to complain, and he apologised and the problem was quickly rectified and correct item promised was received.
I was pleased with machine, and thought it very good value for money.

I bought a sewing machine on a discounted price and I was very pleased with the product- was looking for a very good sewing machine and chose an Alicia 66 instead of a Janone/ Brother and to my surprise I was very pleased with my purchase. The order came quickly and I was kept informed about the delivery. Would recommend the company to anyone.

I am very happy with the service. Love my sewing machine and had no trouble with having one sent back and replacing it with a better one that suited my requirements.

I brought a new sewing machine from hobbysew for my daughter Monday and the sewing machine turned up Tuesday. Fantastic service and very friendly helpful staff! Definitely recommend this company!

UPDATE: ONE OF THEIR PHONE NUMBERS HAS BEEN DISCONNECTED. The other is not receiving calls.
They sent the wrong product, even though we cancelled.
Still no refund, no contact at all!

Original:
Placed an order, and was told delivery would be within 2-3 days.
Called a week later and was told to ring back.
Called again, placed on hold three times.
Finally told rudely and without apology it's two weeks for delivery from the manufacturer.

They have ignored emails and phone calls for refunds.
They also tried to have this review removed, flagging it.

Had a bit of an iffy start as my machine took a while to arrive. The chairman called me personally to sort out issues and another machine was sent out that day. Very happy with how they handled my complaint which was down to the courier (they send the 2nd out with a different company) And would definitely use this company again. Can't wait to start making sugar glider pouches and toys!

Love my husquavarna sewing machine bought at an amazing price. Had delay in delivery that was monitored and sorted out by Lisa and Jason many thanks for the excellent customer service. Have a great Christmas and happy and busy new year.
