An appalling customer experience with…
An appalling customer experience with Hobdens. I would not recommend them to anyone. They let us down at the last minute despite holding a large amount of our money for our move on a date they agreed to. They gave their time to someone else and left us in an enormously stressful situation. They are refusing to refund us in full. I feel very aggrieved… do not trust them they do not keep their word.

All went to plan
Everything went to plan. We were impressed by how quick and friendly the staff were. Hobdens were our most expensive quote, but we wanted the move to be as stress free as possible - it was definitely worth it.

We had a very tricky move
We had a very tricky move, had two storage units and two households to store and these guys helped us out no end!
Nothing was too much trouble, that paired with friendly and helpful service, made the whole house moving experience so much better.
We would always use them again and wouldn't recommend anyone else to store your items.

Brilliant and hard working.
Can't recommend this company enough. They moved us from a second floor flat (without a lift) to a house. Packaging service was fast and efficient. We couldn't believe how quickly and expertly they packed up our stuff. We have lots of fragile things including glasses, pictures, collectables.
The guys worked incredibly hard over the two days. Moved all the furniture into the rooms in the new house. Nothing broken, everything packed and handled with care. Would definitely recommend Hobdens.

Where do they get the energy. On the 22nd August.The three Mark, Callum, and Ben worked so hard, arrived on time and worked non stop.

The loading crew did a cracking job and the delivery crew the following day and seventy miles away likewise and we are very much in your debt. After a last minute date change for …
After a last minute date change for moving, my elderly parents where recommended Hobdens Removal by the company who no longer could move on the changed date. This turned out to be very fortunate as the move went very fast and easy. The three Guys who turned up to help John and Muriel move from the Wells road were brilliant, very polite helpful and professional. Thank you so much for turning a last minute panic into a very successful day. I would highly recommend them to anyone. Tim
