Great shoes, was lucky to try the shoes on at a running event at Stirling university where Hoka had a stall, so was advised on best size and fit. Ordered online very prompt service.

In March of this year we filed a…
In March of this year we filed a complaint with HOKA and a 1-star rating on Trust Pilot due to horrible customer service relative to warranty response.
At that time, HOKA replied that they would pass our information on the their US team and we would be contacted.
Well - here we are 2 months later and nobody has ever reached out to us.
We are done with HOKA and if you want someone to stand behind a warranty - don't pick HOKA.

Failed delivery & failed customer service
Placed an order for 2 pairs of Hoka Clifton running shoes & running socks to be delivered to my local DPD pick up point. There was a failure to deliver the order which was returned to Hoka.com with no involvement from me. Hoka.com will not issue a refund until they have received them back & they inform me that their refund process takes a further 2 weeks after that. I contacted to escalate this matter as I feel I should receive an immediate refund - I did not return the items - they failed to deliver them. "Customer services" cut me off from live chat without addressing my concerns. I buy 4 pairs of Hoka running shoes a year - this was my first order here. Based upon my experience I wouldn't recommend this site & I certainly won't be using them again.

Purchased women’s Anacapa 2 Mid GTX for upcoming trip to Alaska, hoping for ankle stability on uneven ground while hiking. This senior not interested in fall, injury, end of my adventures! Love comfort of all my Hokas but wasn’t sure these would provide what else l needed. After testing them on uneven ground here, looking forward to what will do for me on trip north. Not worried. As comfortable as every other pair + great ankle stability. Grateful for previous reviews. Hopefully many more years of Hokas in my future!

I feel I have to mention this about this gentleman ( the courier guy)
The dpd courier guy was very patient and unlike many courier ppl they don’t make the effort to get hold of the customer
This gentleman, buzzed the intercom and because I was busy on a medical call I did not hear the intercom . He then called me and bec I knew the slot they were delivering I had to ask the GP to hold on and accept the call
Many times drivers have just drove off without calling
