I have been looking at ways to synchronise our website to our accounts system but I did not find the perfect solution until now. Holbi took my details, my requirements and asked about my timescale. Within minutes a quote was received and within days it was up and running. We had a few teething issues but they were sorted out straight away. If you are running a Magento website and have SAGE for your accounts then do not go any further than Holbi.

Have been using Holbi/Datalink for about 2-3 years now, they have the capability to implement an endless amount of features and integrations.

Currently they integrate with Ebay and Amazon for me, with automatic listing and stock sync, and import directly to sage including multi currency and multi platform/VAT options.

Their customer service is always very prompt and helpful.

Would recommend without any problem.

We used Holbi/datalink to connect our Ecommerce site to sage accounts so orders and stock would sync automatically. This has saved us 100's of hours of manually entering orders etc. We found them to be very knowledgable and quick to help when we redesigned the website and upgraded to a new server and this caused some glitches with the datalink software. Everything was back up and running quickly. I would highly recommend this company to anyone.

Holbi team came highly recommended from my previous client who’d been using their services on a number of occasions for his online business. I have never commissioned website design before so I was a bit worried at the beginning whether it all was going to work. But Igor and Vadym at Holbi were patiently answering all my detailed queries without delay. They sent me a clever questionnaire before they even started which was to extract all my desires/requirements regarding the website. It must have worked as their first design proposal for the website was just superb, really professional , I hardly had any comments. We have been through some minor amendments but that was it. The major thing was to upload and put in the right order the content of the website which took some time. But we got there at the end.
I am an Architect, so quite demanding when it comes to design, graphics or aesthetic in general, but with Holbi I did not have to worry about these aspects. They have also very patiently explained to me how to make updates/changes to the new website. They have also worked very hard to get the website up and running even with a shortage of staff during the holiday period.

I would without a doubt recommend them to anybody who is looking for a professional web designer hoping to develop a modern , high standard website. I will definitely use their services next time I need to update my website or get some advice on SEO etc.

I have been working with Holbi for over 5 years now, first starting with them developing a website to then creating a bespoke ERP system which has allowed our company to grow into a multi- million pound company and the market leader in our industry online.

We spent some time looking for a company to integrate our website to amazon and ebay but we had a limited budget for the project. There was no shortage of companies willing to do the work and it all sounded superb, but they wanted thousands!

We found Holbi and had initial chats. They seemed to know what they were talking about but the costs were nowhere near as frightening as others we had looked into.

We commenced the project which took a little longer than we had hoped to complete and had a couple of teething issues as with most IT solutions, but we found the team very willing to help and they are nearly always available to talk to and offer support.

Our main challenge has been dealing with ebay and our account limitations which we have to work on month after month to get selling limits increased, but this has clearly opened up another sales avenue for us which we do not have the man power to manage manually. The daily orders from ebay and amazon link seamlessly with our website and they are processed with our normal website orders through to despatch.

We are only three months into using this tool and we could not be without it already. We are positive that it will help our business succeed and grow over the next 12 months.

I have been working with Holbi for several years now after not being satisfied with our previous IT company. That we receive all services from one single point (e-commerce solutions, SEO, analysis tools, custom developments, hosting, daily business support etc.) makes it so much more efficient because we safe time discussing interdisciplinary challenges with the same people. I'm a IT consultant and sometimes when you buy software from a company that you don't know, software that is crucial for my customers business, I tend to be a bit anxious. But over the past 3 years I gotten help with all my questions, modfications and top support from the Holbi team. And the respond time is very good. Having used Holbi for some time and reading the reviews on here, I have to defend them, there understanding of tasks and implementing specific requirements is superb. yes there price may be a bit high, but you get what you pay for, and from Holbi its a first class job, I do agree tho they need to be more customer focused but overall Holbi is a good company to work with and would recommend...

Been using this company now since 2011 for our Magento to Sage Connector and it works very well - as we expand and require more they modify and help us quickly and professionally. They are also very quick to update Datalink when new versions of sage are available so we can keep on working like normal. We have been in the Ecommerce game for many years and we are very happy with their service and their datalink product that we use.

Communicating one's wish for a perfect website (if those exist...) from a customer standpoint and later have your wish-list "translated" and executed properly is not an easy job. The team at Holbi really put an effort to work WITH you and understand not only your project's requirements but also what is the reasoning behind your requests and more often than not, the dev team suggest alternatives which is nice to see in a blur of data out there.

We have been working with Holbi since 2009 with absolute pleasure. Sure, sometimes the response time could be better, but they never left us "hanging". We launched an OSC website in 2009 which greatly improved our online business. Since then we added several marketing modules, each of which was a hit on the mark. We recently upgraded our online store, once again with the professional help from Holbi.

Many companies can talk the talk, but only a few can walk the walk. What I like about Holbi is that we have direct communication and they do make the effort of understanding your business goals and work with you to reach them. After all, our success is their success as well!!
