Holiday Factory 

My trip with Holiday Factory was one of the worst travel experiences I’ve ever had. It started from the moment I began communicating with Katerina, a so-called manager who clearly has a problem hearing the truth from a paying customer.

As a customer, it’s my right to receive basic information, whether I ask once or ten times. But with Katerina, being left on “read” and ignored was a regular thing. After several unanswered messages, I politely said that if she was busy, she could connect me with someone else who could help. Apparently, that hurt her ego, because instead of helping, she sent me multiple impolite messages. All I was doing was making sure everything was ready for my trip.

I even considered cancelling and asking for a refund, but Holiday Factory assured me everything would be fine, so I went ahead and travelled to Baku, Azerbaijan.

When I arrived at the airport, instead of a friendly welcome, taking into account a just got off a plane, another Holiday Factory Baku “manager” that works closely with Katerina started arguing with me about the messages between Katerina and me, literally at the airport arrivals area! Completely unprofessional and disrespectful. From that moment, I lost all trust in Holiday Factory and their so-called team.

Things got even worse when I was dropped off at Grand Inn Baku. The reception was terrible, and the so called “director” of the hotel Amin/Eman was aggressive, rude, and outright disrespectful. What shocked me most was that he even mentioned my conversation with Katerina, proving that this is a small group of people working together and making customers’ experiences in Baku miserable.

To be fair, the tours themselves were the only positive part, the guides Mohammed, Tom and Mehran were professional and friendly. But that doesn’t change the fact that Holiday Factory as a company was a complete disappointment.

I would never use Holiday Factory again and wouldn’t recommend it to anyone. If you value respect, communication, and professionalism, stay far away from this company.

Honestly, this has been a very disappointing experience with Holiday Factory. The way they handle their clients is extremely poor — there’s no proper communication or follow-up. Until now, we haven’t received any response from their side, and it feels like they just leave their clients hanging after payment.

I expected better service and professionalism from a travel company, but this experience was truly frustrating. I definitely cannot recommend Holiday Factory to anyone based on how they treat their customers.

Holday Factory made everything easy. They provide everything to you like insurance, hotel and tours. I liked the hotel, It was near metro station. thank you for a good time.

I did the tour from dubai to armenia and armenia to Georgia. I am somehow happy with service and somehow not…happy about the georgian agent and the tour Guide @Anano she was best part of the tour. Entertaining and knowledgeable l.
The Armenian Agent was not good. As well as they drop me on my first day at wrong hotel. And then waste my time and then again the come frop me at the old hotel.
Second the last day Armenian agent didn’t send any confirmation that at what time they will come to pick to georgia so that I didn’t get proper time because i woke at 8:45 and the driver was there.
I have to return my Rental car because of this rush i have to pay almost 300 Aed to car rental company for fuel cost.. as i had to plan to full the car before it return in the morning. But just because they didn’t inform i pay double the fuel cost.
Aswell as they changed the hotel cascade tp hotel duluxe as they said its a upgrade but below me that hotel is not even okay for 2 star third class hotel with third class facilities.
If someone got that hotel in their package please don’t pick that immigration ask them to change.

Omari made today's trip particularly amazing. We did Kazbegi mountain trip, lots of fun activities like zip lining,honey tasting, to the delicious food delicacies with his professional guide, always making sure our safety came first. I will highly recommend him to anyone traveling here

Although this was last year experience in Uzbekistan, the place and tour guides were amazing. I had a trouble only with the platform that's why I wasn't able to send the review. Holiday Factory is the only tour group I would recommend especially for a solo traveler like me.Tour guides Sarvar and Jovhakir were both helpful, knowledgeable, professional and friendly. I will both recommend them.

After my initial positive post, I am unfortunately changing my trip review due to a horrible incident that happened yesterday.

My sister and I booked a 6-day combo package to Armenia and Georgia. I was very pleased with the service and care provided by the local guides in Armenia Marietta and Diana and also the drivers, whom I mentioned previously. They were excellent.

However, we experienced a traumatic situation yesterday when we tried to cross the border into Georgia. No one informed us from the agency about the new regulation requiring UAE residents to have an Emirates ID valid for at least one more year. My sister ID is valid for only eight months before renewal, and because of that, we were denied entry.

After a long road trip to the border, we were mistreated by the border police, which left us emotionally distressed. My sister cried a lot, and we are still in a very bad mood.

To make things worse, we had to pay for our own flight back to Dubai from Yerevan, as the Dubai agency never contacted us, offered no refund for the Georgia portion, and didn’t even help us arrange a replacement flight from Armenia to Dubai.

It was truly a horrible experience especially considering the extra fees we had already paid despite the offer stating validity from October 1st, and the poor customer service we received throughout.

We are deeply disappointed and regret choosing this agency. We will never travel with them again

I visited Armenia with Holiday Company, and it was an amazing experience! I took a tour to the Northern region, and our guide Marietta was absolutely wonderful — so kind, polite, and full of positive energy. She was very knowledgeable about the places, history, and Armenian culture, and always made sure we were comfortable and happy throughout the trip. Her warm personality truly made this journey unforgettable!

My experience in Azerbaijan is great however Grand Baku Inn Hotel should not be added on the list as the service is not up to the mark and its not actually a hotel. Such service will bring down the overall services of Holiday Factory.

Georgia is a great place to visit. Culture is great and places are amazing and food is fantastic and people are friendly. Loved kazhbegi mountains, Gudauri and khakeiti vineyards and also old tiblisi city tour. Shardeni street is amazing. Holiday factory organizes each tours in a great way and guides Mary and omairi were great. Highly recommend.

Very bad customer service. Until booking and payment, all went well but after that all goes worst. You will face a long hold which never response if you press option of existing booking on call. For new bookings, they will promptly response. I wanted to modify my travel, they kept ne on hold for more than half an hour and this practice was repeated many times. I sent them many emails, but all in vain. Even after my many calls, customer service said we will call you back and noone called me back. After the package, on name of excursuon extra charges asked. I just want solution for my issue and they kept linger it on.
