We planned our visit to Georgia with Holiday Factory and it was amazing. Georgia was beautiful and Kutaisi was my favorite.

We had our armenia tour and our tour guide is well experience explaining all the details. Thanks a lot to her.

Marietta was really informative and patient with us. Made sure we got the most out of our day excursion. She even offered to take our group pictures. Highly appreciated and recommend!

Georgia is most welcome in place i have visited recently. And holiday factory has arranged everything. No hassle… recommend to the people who are looking for a travel

Had a great Day on our first tour with Holiday factory. They are very professional as well as our tour guide Mr. Mehran 🙏🙏🙏 .

So disappointed. They are misleading the people that unused vouchers are no expiration as clearly mentioned in their email, and yet there is.
They are are not responding in the email, even after sending a constant reminder.
Its clearly, that if you are just using voucher they will not priority you.
after your voucher is expired that's the time they will respond to you.
So they earn and you lose, as they will not take action.

Actually we had bad experiences for Hotel Astoria Tbilisi about they not change the mattress covers for 3 days and one time im asking for pottle of water the asking to come down pay then take with you it’s never happened in any hotel any where

Recently travelled to Armenia and trust me guys the Holiday factory UAE team is pathetic. The guys sitting at the call center don't know head or tail of what they are doing. To reach an agent at the call center itself will take you an average time of 45 minutes to 1 hour. Once if at all you get hold.of an an agent they will make sure they make it really tough for you to get a resolution to your problem. There is just one call center agent and he or she takes an average of 1 hour just make our problem more complicated, simply because they don't know anything about visa processing or the hotel bookings or the excursions they are offering. I must say the worst call center support in the whole of UAE.

People planning to go with holiday factory please note they will NOT assist you with visa processing simply because they don't know anything about visa requirements to any of the countries they are offering trips to. They will simply ask you to contact the respective embassies in case of an clarifications required.

Also please note they will NOT provide any reembursement if in case of any changes required to your booking changes or cancellation of the tour
They will just provide 50 percent of the money that too in travel vouchers and if you have vouchers with holiday factory the treatment is even worse.

But the team in Armenia was very good they were punctual, supportive and very professional in all that they did. Specially the tour guide Diana such a gem of a person.

I would suggest if you want holiday factory make your own booking and make sure of your visas and just book the excursions from them you can save some money and headache.

couple of guide assigned through the tour, one for shahdag mountain, the guide gave less information and we were lost once we reach the mid hill via cable car. Not sure to continue to get another cable car, additional fare was needed(not aware of that), we missed some sight seeing as well as the time management was very poor. travel period was 21-24 August.
Additionally, 24th August, Sadia who was suppose to feedback counselor was forcing to put good review to other travelers in our group. Mehran, guide who took to city tour was bit better than remaining team that we encounter.

Absolutely a nightmare to deal with the Customer Service Center.
Every time I have called, I am kept waiting and waiting for an answer to a query, beside the fact that it takes 15 minutes before reaching the operator...
Then I am told that I will be called by a Customer Service Representative & no one ever calls back.. Never again!

I would like to raise a complain regarding your customer service. I purchased a package last July and schengen visa application assistance is included in the package. My flight will be in 2 weeks and up to now they couldnt update me or give me the booking date of vfs appointment and there will be no enough time to process the visa. I keep calling their customer service and only this lady named Joy keep answering the phone and shes keep telling that all customer service are busy. I did call from the morning and till afternoon and still no available customer service or they just dont have the answer on my inquiries which is really unprofessional.

Im so dissapointed with the service and if the visa will not gonna process on time before my flight i need the full refund.

I have been to armenia and I really enjoyed the full experience with them and the tour guid was very friendly

The trip was a wonderful and memorable experience. Georgia is truly beautiful. I only wish we had been given more time. The hotel, however, was a bit inconvenient. On the other hand, the guides were patient, kind, and very pleasant to be with.

Dear Holiday Factory Customer Care,

I am writing to formally express my deep frustration and disappointment with the service I have received from your company.

I made a booking in April 2025 for a trip in October, originally with Wizz Air, and submitted all the required documents in May 2025 for visa purposes to Albania. During this period, I repeatedly contacted your customer service team by phone and was consistently assured that everything was in order, as we had already provided the tickets and insurance well in advance.

However, on August 20, 2025—more than three months later—I was suddenly informed that the Wizz Air flight had been cancelled. I was then asked to switch to Fly Dubai with an additional payment, which I reluctantly accepted, believing the only issue was the change of airline and that our visa process was already underway.

The situation further deteriorated when an agent later contacted me to resubmit our documents and even suggested renewing our visas while outside Dubai. This is both impractical and legally impossible. What is most concerning is that despite submitting our documents three months earlier—and after repeatedly being told over the phone that “everything is okay”—I am now being informed that our visas were not even processed. This reflects a serious lack of transparency, professionalism, and accountability.

To make matters worse, your WhatsApp support has been unresponsive, while email replies take more than a day and often fail to provide any meaningful solution. Despite repeated attempts to resolve this matter, I have received no satisfactory assistance, which is unacceptable.

Given the flight cancellation, the unreasonable requests, and the extremely poor communication, I am left with no choice but to formally request a full refund of my booking. I will not be using Holiday Factory again, and I expect this refund to be processed promptly without any further delays.

Please treat this matter with urgency and provide written confirmation of the refund process at the earliest possible time.

Second time with Holiday Factory team and its going well. #bakuteam is doing really well to make sure we are happy with the guidance and support.

I've had the pleasure of traveling with Holiday Factory to multiple destinations over the past few years, including Georgia, Armenia, Italy, and France, and every trip has been amazing! From the planning to the execution, everything has been well-organized and smooth.

The local guides provided by Holiday Factory are absolutely fantastic. In every destination, they were knowledgeable, friendly, and went above and beyond to make sure we had a memorable experience. Our most recent trip was to Georgia, visiting Tbilisi and Gudauri, and once again, the guides made the trip even more special with their insights and passion for their country.

However, I do want to mention that if you're booking on short notice, it can be a bit difficult to get everything coordinated and organized, as they may be working with limited availability. Additionally, reaching customer service in the UAE can be a bit tricky at times, which could be improved.

That being said, everything else about my trips with them has been top-notch, and I highly recommend Holiday Factory for anyone looking to explore new destinations with expert local guides!

They can be scammy. I was given a refund voucher after facing a visa issue although they assured me that I will get visa on arrival. Anyway they never allowed me to use the voucher so they are horrible in that sense. Low quality and unethical
