Hollins & Hollinshead had a specific necklace that I had been looking to purchase for a 21st birthday present, that I needed within a very short time frame.
I spoke to someone in the office who assured me it would be with me within 48 hours, which it was.

I had one of the worst shopping experiences with Hollins and Hollinshead. My parcel arrived tampered with, and key contents were missing. I immediately reached out to customer service, expecting a professional resolution, but instead, I was met with nothing but poor communication, excuses, and delays.

They pretend to be investigating the issue, acting as if they are working on my claim, but in reality, they are just stalling and lying to avoid issuing a refund. Their so-called customer service team is useless – they show no concern for their customers and make every attempt to drag the process out for months rather than taking responsibility and thinking you are making things up.

It has now been TWO MONTHS, and I still have no refund, no replacement, and no real answers. They continue to waste my time with false promises and empty reassurances. At this point, it's clear they have no intention of resolving my issue fairly.

Do yourself a favor – avoid this company at all costs! They are untrustworthy, their customer service is a complete joke, and they do not care about their customers once they have your money. I will never shop here again, and I strongly advise others to stay away.
