Recieved an email response to confirm the order within a minute of purchase..recieved an email the following day confirming date of despatch.Another email confirming despatch and tracking info..Ordered item arrived on the right day within the time frame specified in a well packed package...this is the kind of service every supplier should aspire to..I'm very happy

Watch good, delivery poor
Easy to order on website & company gave quick response to emails
Watch was as advertised & fair price
Problems with delivery hence 3*
Delivery expected in 2 days as per website but had to chase company on 3rd day, advised to wait further 24 hours before they would chase with Royal Mail. Then Royal Mail gave delivery date of 2 further days making a 5 day delivery !
Good job had ordered in enough time for extended delivery as birthday gift

Anniversary present
I wanted to purchase a special watch, but it was out of stock in the website. I emailed to see if they would be getting anymore. Kay got in touch with seiko direct and managed to find me one. She keep me informed as to when it would arrive and emailed when it did. It arrived today , perfectly packaged and I am thrilled with it. Excellent customer service.
