Quality unclear during purchasing
It's difficult to evaluate the quality of the products, without being able to see them. The customer service, in response to our question about return policy, sent a standard reply which didn't address the question.

The experience was good
The experience was good, the customer service was helpful as our package was delayed. We ordered Garderobepaneel CANEE and it looks exactly the same as we ordered. We are happy with the purchase, except the accurate delivery time. And please provide the screws of the slab as well, if not of the wall.

Great service
I have shopped in this e-shop several times. I had a desk arrive damaged once, probably due to shipping and weight. In the end, I got a discount for it, which I was really happy with. And I can still use the table and the damage is hardly visible.

Awful service
I ordered a sofa and they scheduled a delivery 1 week after the order creation. But I had been waiting for the sofa for more than 1 month. They work with Post NL delivery and 1st time a courier didn't come to me and said I wasn't at home when I was. 2nd time on the delivery day I received an email that they would not deliver the sofa because they didn't have space in their car. 3rd time I received a damaged sofa. 4th time after 1 month of the order date they finally came to me but the sofa didn't fit my hallway and I didn't take this sofa. They don't have a delivery with a lift and I asked them to deliver this sofa to another warehouse next time (so that another company could deliver it to me with a lift), they said it was impossible to have a delivery not to my house.
I contacted them 13 times to handle all of these questions and spent a lot of time and nerves and finally, I had to cancel my order.

Simple purchase process
I was able to purchase without making an account or receiving endless unwanted emails.
The delivery came earlier than expected.
Unfortunately the actual colour was different to how it appeared onthe webpage so I returned the product but the returns process was simple.

Order a recliner chair. But immediately found that the footrest does not retract even after applying lots of force. Zero quality check from home24. Very disappointed and would not recommend home24. I bought it on black friday offer and need to travel for Christmas holidays in 15 days so need quick resolution. Will update here how home24 treats customers.
