ok. Good Shopping experience

I ordered three pieces from them in a month( seperate times). I am very satisfied with process. They are very quick and the products( slaapbank, floorlamp, schoenenkast) were high quality.

The furniture is OK, but the customer service is horrible. Not interested in having happy customers at all, answering in short, useless messages, sometimes ignoring the question altogether and answering something else.

UPD: updated the rating from 2 stars to 1. To this day, nobody replied to my multiple emails about a product that I had to cancel due to a massive delay from their side. Eventually, I called their customer service and even though I canceled the product a month ago through their website, they told me that they did not see it in their systems. Then they confirmed that now for sure it is canceled, I received an email confirmation on that and then a few days later, surprise surprise, I received an email that my product has been shipped.... but I of course don't need it anymore, as I already bought and received another one weeks ago, so will now have to go through the burden of having to return the item. This experience topped my list of worst customer service ever and I had some really bad ones.

Good products, easy shopping, convenient delivery services.

I ordered a set of furniture for a newborn at attractive price. Paid by Ideal and purchase confirmed by email, the next day the store canceled my order, explaining a technical error (in my opinion fake price). As for me, this is online store scam

Ordering Online was easy.. however after I placed the order immediately delivery dates changed. Why on earth you show a range for delivery and change the moment you placed the order.

i expect now you deliver them without any damage without changing dates any more.

Shopping experience was great. I however just ordered my stuffs. I hope no bad experience from now until delivery.

They have a decent collection of furniture on their website and the quality is OK. However, their customer service is absolutely trash, especially their returns process. Recently i ordered a shoe bench and it was delivered fine. However, the colour of the item didn't match with the photos on the website. I contacted them to arrange an exchange for another variant. They say it's not possible and that i need to place another order and issue a return and get a refund on the initial order. Okay so i ask them to arrange a pickup for the return, since it's a fairly large and heavy item and i don't have a car, truck, or van to drive it over to a Post NL drop off point. The guy tells me that my nearest post NL point is a 15 min walk, I can carry it over, it's just like carrying grocery. Now we're talking about a 20kilo large box that he expects me to carry over. I asked him if he can kindly arrange a pickup as it is not convenient or practical for me to do. He proceeds to ask me if i have any health issues that prevents me to do so. I then offered to pay for the pickup and he says it's not about the payment, return pickups are free but they are concerned about CO2 emissions and hence cannot arrange pickups unless the nearest post NL point is an hour or more away from me. Unfortunately I couldn't convince him, and i had to eventually carry it over which was super stressful and gave me a severe back pain afterwards. Needless to say, i decided not to order the other variant of the product from them and got it elsewhere.

Another time i ordered 1 sofa bed and they sent me 2. Obviously i contacted them immediately about this error and asked them to arrange a pickup for the extra bed that was delivered. It took them 1 month and many followup calls to arrange this and the whole time this large, heavy piece of furniture occupied my hallway and was a big inconvenience.

The overall ordering experience was good. We could also get some clarification on via the phone call. Hopefully our experience on delivery and quality will be met by home24.

Any problems during 2 years of ordering from this site

Bought big furniture, 500 Euros.
Waited the delivery(3rd party, not Home24), process is good, package is failrly ok.
Opened the box, started assembly. About 50% of the way, dicovered a huge dent on the corner on one of the boards. This dent can only be seen after opening the package.

I took a day off for this furniture. bad decision.

I contacted the customer service, what I wanted was simple: I already started assembling the furniture, I cannot put it back to its origianl form, let alone putting it back to the package ready for shipping back. So I asked them to pick it up as it is. This has been OK for many other furniture company (think Goossens). No! They insist me disassemble it and put it back to package. Now I just wish they are not asking me to put it back to post-office by hand.

I would like to give 0 out of 5 to this company.

(by the way, this is the 2nd time package incidents happened. Last time, they discoveryed the package was wracked in their warehouse even before shipping it, wasting my valuable time in scheduling a moving process.)

Ordered a small cabinet for the bathroom. The quality is nice and looks exactly like the picture. The instructions for assembly are easy to understand too.
