Terrible service! I paid for a homebuyers survey and over 10 serious defects were missed. I am now left with a property that I would not have purchased if the survey had been undertaken correctly. I have complained and will be seeking compensation. The surveyor didn't even identify the build of the property. My advice is to definitely get your survey done elsewhere.

I booked a homebuyer survey with Your Survey for the house I am buying in Chippenham. I was very happy with the report and the level of detail. I found the staff at Your Survey to be very friendly and efficient. I would have no hesitation in recommending them.

I would like to say how pleased I am with the service provided.

Price was very competitive, survey carried out promptly, report received within the promised timescale and is very thorough.

They were the cheapest but they missed the damp so I ended up forking out £2k to get it sorted. They refused to accept any responsibility.

Absolutely awfull company paid for a homebuyers report. Someone came and looked at the property no report as been forthcoming. Been in contact with surveyor that actually did the survey to be told my report would be done Tuesday. Now won't answer emails or calls. Iam now looking to take this matter further as I've basically been ripped off. Avoid Avoid Avoid.

so far, so rubbish. Didn't attend as arranged because they kept calling the wrong selling agent office and never thought to check with me that they had the wrong number. A week wasted. Booked in again for today but surveyor called in sick - no replacement! So a second week wasted. Cheap but won't be using again.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. VERY FAST AT GETTING BACK TO YOU TO ARRANGE FOR THEM TO COMPLETE THE SURVEY AND VERY FAST AT TAKING YOUR PAYMENT. STATE THE REPORT WILL BE BACK WITH YOU WITHIN 5-10 DAYS. ALL LIES. I HAVE BEEN WAITING 13 DAYS FOR THE REPORT AND STILL NOT RECEIVED IT. CONTACT CUSTOMER SERVICES TO BE TOLD IN A NUTSHELL, IT IS NOT THEIR PROBLEM ALL THEIR SURVEYORS ARE INDEPENDENT I HAVE CHASED THEM FOR YOU. ASKED FOR A COMPLAINTS PROCESS AND WHAT A SURPRISE THEY HAVE EMAILED THE SURVEYOR FOR ONE AS "ALL OUR SURVEYORS ARE INDEPENDENT" THIS IS A SHOCKING COMPANY, DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY AND AVOID IT AT ALL COSTS

A Vile and pretentious little company that need a huge dose of reality to be imparted on them..

Will do everything to get your money and convince you to choose them before ignoring simple requests (copy my wife into all correspondence) or even acknowledge your communications before the survey takes places.

Yes, they are fast in arranging surveys.

Yes, they are very competitively priced.

But when our survey was cancelled an hour before it was scheduled and, after speaking to Casey/ Katie in the office to rearrange the survey and bring told "the director has decided we do not want to associate with the likes of you' tells us all you need to know about this little company...

Thankfully, it would seem by other reviewers, that we had a lucky escape and we would suggest to select a company that provides a much better service, even if you have to pay extra or wait slightly longer for it.

I was promised my survey within 5 working days which was the main reason I used them. This was on an apartment that I was purchasing but there was a major question mark that I needed clearing up. The upshot was it took them 3 weeks to get the survey to me and this after chasing them on numerous occasions.

Got it done in a good time frame and was well priced compared to others. Happy with the report. Thank you again

Absolutely shocking!!

Received survey late and had to chase++.
The worst survey we have ever received. No detail at all, no pictures.
Basically may as well not have got a survey done. Shocking. Avoid at all cost.

I've used survey companies before. The minimum you can expect is a quick call from the surveyor with their thoughts after inspection - but no, Your Survey don't call clients with this information!

Been waiting for my report over the allotted time. I'm having to chase and told they will contact me with an update.

Customer service is bad. One lady I spoke to comes across as rude.

I won't be using Your Survey again!

- They never answer the phone - RED FLAG
- They won't get your surveyor to contact you for more information - RED FLAG
- They only use random companies who cannot be otherwise contacted - RED FLAG
- I have seen two other reports this company has done - I will find more - and I can see large chunks look copy and pasted from (or to) my report - RED FLAG

This company should not be allowed to trade.

Avoid these cowboys!!!!!!!!!!!!

The typos on the website should be a massive red flag.
Terrible customer service, my buyers have waited for 10 days now for this report to appear after being told tomorrow, tomorrow, tomorrow.
We are all ready to move, just stuck waiting for this report.
I was contacted on 4th July to book surveyor in, he came 10 days later, now 30th July still no report.
Full of empty promises and bulls**t.
Don’t waste your money.

If I could give a ZERO rating I would. In total 28 days of poor service!

Homebuyer survey report not provided with 5-10 working days (I'm still waiting) as per contract/terms and conditions! I was told via email that I would get it in the evening of day 10! Poor customer service where I constantly chased yo get update WASTE of your hard earned money go elsewhere including the OMBUDSMAN!

I would not use this company again. They use so called surveyors who have poor rating and do not complete full, truthful reports. Despite me puchasing the report through YSL they did not support me through the complaints process.

Found this company online and asked for a survey i needed done on a property they are very professional and helpful another a competitive qoute which was priced better than most companies I checked also done within the time frame I requested.i would highly recommend them

Very poor customer service. My survey took place a week ago still no report even though in the terms and conditions it says up to 5 working days for the report.
Been calling the office every day chasing but the only response is we will chase the surveyor. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY THEY HAVE NO IDEA WHAT THEY ARE DOING, THEY ARE USELESS.
