The bag of mortar was ripped on the…
The bag of mortar was ripped on the back which I didn’t realise until I lifted it into the boot. It leaked and made a right mess. Really very unhappy. Very careless choice by Martin at Alnwick who prepared my click and collect order.

Really helpful staff from both checkout…
Really helpful staff from both checkout and warehouse who helped me purchase a battery powered lawnmower. Not only helpful, but also knowledgeable about the product and went out of their way to enable me to complete the purchase. Within a couple of hours of purchase overdue cut of the lawn was complete and Fat Max mower made easy work of it.
