We were served by Sam who was very friendly and helpful

Service was great, however after collecting my parcel I carried it into my house when I noticed I had black sticky gunk on my coat and jumper which I have now realised was on the bottom of the box I’ve managed to remove it from my coat and car seat but my jumper is ruined!!! So kind of devalued my experience to be honest

Great, ordering was easy. Collection text was received. Went to store, no queue and was quickly given the products from click and collect desk. Everyone polite.

Claire was very helpful with some helpful advice. Ordered sample of worktop and came and measured kitchen to check measurements. Also got the best price for us and listened to what we wanted and needed. Very helpful and great customer service. Thank you Claire.

Kim was so nice and was extremely helpful finding the information that I needed on a product that I wanted to order.

After 3 appointments and many decision changes, Clarissa helped us design our new dream kitchen. She was very patient, helpful, honest and knowledgeable about all the design elements and products. It’s nice to meet someone who is polite, professional, is good at and enjoys her job. We are very grateful and happy customers 😊😊

Clare Smith from basildon branch was so helpful and efficient, she made the experience so easy she even gave me her email in case any issues. Delivery updates were fantastic and on time, no hiccups, delivery people very good

Our advisor Clarrisa couldn't have been more helpful , she guided us through the kitchen planning every step of the way ,she was very professional an very patient.
Her advise was both positive and unbiased, she visited our house on time and quickly established our needs we now have plans for our new kitchen and are planning a delivery date.

Bob was very helpful in mixing some paint from taking a picture of the required colour from some fabric. A very nice friendly man.

I popped in Homebase in Basildon such a lovely store the staff that on was really helpful , I was looking at paint and was given really good advice and then had look at kitchens spoke to a lady and she explain offers and gave me advice on different option as I have just moved on to property and need a new kitchen so be back to see her
