Carron at the help/order desk was very helpful

Ordered via click and collect to ensure the goods were available.
When we arrived we were pointed to Alan in the garden centre.
He provided us access to the garden centre gates for ease of pick up and assisted with loading the car, replacing 1 slab which had cracked. His assistance was very much appreciated.

We ordered our new bathroom from Claire Smith at Basildon Homebase, and we couldn’t have been happier with the service we received.
We had an idea in our head, which Claire helped us to bring to life by providing us visuals and sharing her product knowledge.
We spent so much time with Claire and she’d always happily help, nothing was never to much for Claire and she was always on hand to answer any questions we had.
Our new bathroom is now in, and we absolutely love it! Thank you Claire!

Paul at the paint desk was very friendly and helpful when I needed to colour match some wallpaper

Excellent knowledge of different paints the lady that helped me Sandra knew what colour i wanted and was able to mix it for me then we discussed another colour and Sandra was able to get that off the shop floor.

Both Evie and Dee went out their way to deliver exceptional customer service. They helped with an exchange I needed to do, refilling my gas bottle and even reminded me to pick up a few bits I'd forgotten. The icing on top... 15% off my entire shop. 👏

Katie greeted us with a lovely smile. She was very helpful and friendly, which makes a change. Great customer service and I would give Katie A+++++

I went in to purchase a lawn mower. Im abit of a Novice so i was really happy that Selg at the Basildon Branch assisted me im getting me what he recommended for the size of lawn i had. He was very knowledgeable and i learnt a thing or 2 about grass maintenance. Thankyou so much for such a positive experience

Alan helped me today with two things today on my visit to the store.
I needed testers for paint and a new lock for my porch door.
He was super helpful , pleasant and friendly.
I would alests visit this Homebase as all the staff are lovely !!

Ordered wallpaper and paste was told on email there went to store to be told being delivered to me by 13th April don't help me as cleared out bedroom as email said inshore not happy at all

The staff at homebase Vange are always friendly and polite nothing is too much trouble for them.

I received a courtesy call Saturday to inform me that the store was closed on Easter Sunday, Monday I collected my click and collect order , the lady on tha Click and collect desk was most polite and helpful arranging for a male colleague to assist me with loading my car , excellent service

Fast and easy. Ordered online Saturday, ready to collect on Sunday although we didn't actually collect until Tuesday. They keep your items for 5 days which was great. Was exactly what I ordered because specifications online were clear.
