Astonished and over the moon concerning the memorable customer service that I received from Bob and Salco yesterday in the Bas/Vange store. Very helpful and knowledgeable for my needs. I asked about Paint, skirting board and trim and Wooden floor questions.
I was listened too and given great information and advice.
They don’t make them like that anymore.

I never received notification my order…
I never received notification my order was ready for collection. I had to go into store to find out my item was there waiting to be collected, so could have had item earlier. Staff Dee and Jan were extremely helpful.
