John , the staff member who helped us was really knowledgeable and helpful, a credit to the team.

Good quality and range of stock as well as very helpful staff. In particular, John in garden section was very helpful in finding extra stock in stores and very pleasant to deal with throughout.

I bought lots of bags of your lovely Cotswold stone and was helped by your lovely gardener, I think he was called John, to push the trolley to my car and he even helped me put the bags in the boot which was so kind! Thanks

John in the garden section was amazing and filled with knowledge. Told me so much about what I needed and aftercare for the plants purchased with his help.

Just had a fantastic shopping experience at Boucher road Homebase. Before I had even entered the store John from gardening was offering to help me with buying 12 bags of stones. He served me quickly at the till, he got a trolley and lifted all the stones into my car. He was so friendly and kind and his customer service was excellent!! I would definitely recommend others to go to this store and would not hesitate to ask John for help and advice! He is excellent at his job and it made such a difference. Thank you 😊

I purchased a kitchen recently. Kieth was assisting me throughout with creating the kitchen I wanted. Computer planning, providing ideas and giving as much time and patience as I needed. Never put me under pressure even though I kept changing my mind over the weeks of planning. The guy fitting the kitchen was able to approach and discuss queries with Kieth also.
I am delighted with the final outcome now my kitchen is fitted. I’d recommend Kieth to help anyone needing a kitchen who works in the Boucher Road branch Belfast.

Simple process and quick service

I go to the homebase on boucher Road belfast quite often and I feel like I needed to put in a mention for a lively gent works there. John from the garden dept is the best staff I've met in there. So helpful and knowledgeable always gives you plenty of advice for the job your doing. Great member of staff who goes above and beyond to help the customer. He's an absolute credit to homebase. If only all the staff were as helpful and knowledgeable as John it would be a great shopping experience everytime you went. I hope this gets fed back to his manager cause he deserves a pat on the back for everytime I've spoken to him. Always so cheery and happy at his job. Lovely man.

John the gardener at Belfast Boucher Road store was fantastic. Incredibly knowledgeable and gave me some much help finding the right products to revive my browning conifers. He was so helpful and also gave advice on my plants. Couldn't do enough and very well informed. Wouldn't hesitate to go back if I had any gardening queries!

Visited Boucher Road in Belfast last week and had terrific service from John the gardener and James on the till. They were really helpful choosing plants for me and working with me to ring them up without my lifting them in and out of the trolley. John helped me pack the turf into the car.

When my click and click order was brought out by the nice man,it was for paving stones.
The very nice man, called John ( the Gardener) offered to bring it out to my car and he also lifted them into the boot.
He was very friendly and helpful.

When I arrived to pick up my items . One was not available which was an inconvenience as I don’t drive and it’s 20 miles from my home . Eventually got sorted but not with the exact product I wanted.

Firstly, I must thank John the gardener who not only took my order to my car but lifted all 5 bags of heavy stones/cobbles and put them in the car for me. He then advised me on how best to prepare the stones before laying down by cutting open the bag, spraying water in and cutting a corner of the bag to let all the alkaline and chalk run off. This trick was fantastic!!! I never would have thought of it and made the end result even more wonderful! Such a great guy with plenty of useful tips and knowledge.

John the Gardner was very helpfully and knowledgeable when picking out plants for the garden.

Freya was really helpful, willing to put down something she was in the middle of to answer numerous questions on undercoats, topcoats, brushes and shelving. Friendly and unrushed.

James the gardener went above and beyond to assist my sister and I in your store today. Made our shopping experience a good one and we will definitely be back

Wanted a keter midi asked Michael if he had any and he went out to the warehouse brought one in and even carried it to the car for my husband who had a bad back, Michael was brilliant very helpful

Peter at the boucher road store has been excellent the whole way through our new kitchen design process. Peter has a keen eye for detail and listened exactly to what I wanted also trying to do his best to keep costs down. He was very reassuring for my mum who was completely overwhelmed with getting a new kitchen & now she is just so excited. Cant say enough kind words about him and would absolutely recommend to anyone. Thank you Peter for everything so far 🙂🙂🙂
